By registering and/or using the site www.belanjakeramik.com, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents in these Terms & Conditions. These terms & conditions are a form of agreement between the user and PT. Kokoh Inti Arebama. If the user does not agree to one, some, or all of the contents, the user is not permitted to use the service at www.belanjakeramik.com.
Access to passwords and the use of passwords is protected and/or certain areas on the platform and/or the use of services are restricted to customers who have accounts only. You may not obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to this platform and/or service area, or to other protected areas of information, in any way without our specific permission. Violation of this provision is a violation based on Indonesian law and/or applicable laws and regulations.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parents or guardians, their acceptance of these terms of use, and their agreement to take responsibility for: (i) your actions; (ii) fees associated with using each service or purchasing products; and (iii) your acceptance and compliance with these terms & conditions of use. A. Definition
- PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk is a limited liability company that carries on the business activities of the web portal service www.belanjakeramik.com, which is a site for the sale of building materials from official suppliers.
- Terms & conditions are an agreement between the user and Belanja Keramik that contains a set of regulations governing the rights, obligations, responsibility of the user and the procedure for using the Belanja Keramik service system.
- Buyers are registered users who make requests for goods sold by Belanja Keramik.
- Goods are tangible/physical goods that can be delivered/meet the shipping criteria by Belanja Keramik.
B. Account, Password and Security
- The user hereby declares that the user is a capable person and is able to bind himself in a legal agreement.
- Belanja Keramik does not charge registration fees to users.
- Users are prohibited from creating and/or using devices, software, features, and/or other tools that aim to manipulate the Belanja Keramik system.
- The user does not have the right to change the account name.
- The user is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur in the user's account.
- Belanja Keramik urges users not to provide important data to parties claiming to be Belanja Keramik or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
- The user hereby declares that Belanja Keramik is not responsible for losses or constraints arising from misuse of the user account caused by the user's negligence.
C. Purchase Transactions
- Buyers are obliged to transact through the transaction procedures that have been determined by Belanja Keramik by using the payment method previously chosen by the buyer.
- When purchasing an item, the buyer agrees that:
- The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to the entire information/description of the goods before making a commitment to buy.
- Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as seen on the Belanja Keramik website depends on the buyer's computer monitor.
- The user enters into a legally binding contract to buy the goods when the user buys an item.
- Related to the availability of stock, goods can change at any time.
- The buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions carried out between the buyer and the seller other than through the Belanja Keramik Official Account and/or without Belanja Keramik's knowledge are the personal responsibility of the buyer.
